| Easy Installation |

Attach cable to EC top plate by inserting cable eye through slot, slipping pin
inside cable eye and then pulling cable outwards from slot |

Sandwich container lid between the top and bottom plates. Drill and bolt in
place. Repeat for other lid. |

Attach both cables to loop bracket using using padlock . Pull
bracket downward to create desired tension on cables. Drill and bolt to front of container |
